Our Haskap Berry Powder is made from the whole berry - not just from the pulp after all the juice is removed for another product so you are getting the complete goodness and healthy contents of the actual berry! Only crystal clear water is removed!!!

You can use the powder for any use of the berry from fresh, to frozen, to our puree or freeze dried whole berry —-but the main reason for needing that kind of consistency might be in an icing or dessert for example for both colour and uniformity! But we are happy any way you want to use it:). We’d be happy to see pictures of your creations!
